All I want to say is if you go to shop for furniture, ask for Faith Kirk! I have never experienced better customer service anywhere and I mean EVER. We had several purchases as we were furnishing a new home. We also had some complex issues to deal with (at least I thought they were) but Faith took care of all of them with constant attention to updating us and straightening things out seamlessly. Our purchases ranged from June through September and she was there all the way.nOf course we are also very happy with the products we received but what I took away was fantastic customer service which seems sadly lacking these days. Ask for Faith!

Couch got a rip on it and I had a repair technician named Mike come service my couch. And he was exceptional! Very polite and professional and just a great person to interact with. Cardis did a good job hiring an employee like him. Would definitely recommend their service team. Great job Mike!

Visited on a Tues, hardly any customers since it was early afternoon, yet plenty of sales rep w/out a single one asking if I needed any help or a simple hello, even standing there within feet of me trying seating - unbelievable. Usually it's the opposite at these places. On 2 different occasions Paul (heard him introduce himself to a couple) was within feet of me, didn't attempt any eye contact or introductions and later when I seeked him out for some info about an item he acted as if I was bothering him, nor bothered asking what I was looking for or offering any additional help. Guess what, I purchased a chair an hour later elsewhere. Yes, I was ready to buy, not kicking the tires.

Nice furniture. Pity that I didn't 45 minutes in the store and couldn't get any help. I even say at a table for a couple minutes next to one of the employees, but they just ignored me and then walked away. I'll gladly spend a few thousand elsewhere.
