I purchased (30) 16 foot boards from this Lowe’s location and the service was amazing! It was a 90 degree day out and chad spent a 1/2 helping me load them onto my trailer. The store was handing out snacks and water to everyone. Again I can not thank chad enough in helping me that day in the heat. Excellent customer service!!!

Had the pleasure of meeting Jack in the bathroom and faucet department. He was à plumber with many years experience and was able to answer all our questions and help us in selecting the right choices for our needs. He is a great asset to the store. We'll seek him out on future upgrade/renovation projects. Thanks Jack!

I went into Lowe’s for the second time trying to find what type of cabinet hinge I needed so I could figure out which one I needed to order. I stopped by customer service and told the woman my issue, trying to get lead to the right person to help me. She proceeded to cut me off and hand me a piece of paper and a pencil and told me to go find the item number myself. And asked me why I didn’t just order it myself in the first place. First of all, I can’t order something when I have no idea what item to purchase . I just needed someone to tell me what type of hinge it was so I could do my own research to find it. I ended up walking over to hardware and these two men both named Bill went to the ends of the earth to help me find out what hinge to get. Apparently that woman doesn’t work in customer service and I don’t know why she was even there. The only reason I will ever come back is because of the two very kind men that helped me. P.S never go to customer service for help.

Trying to finish a project with my young son this Labor Day weekend. Loaded up with more wood. Needed a few pieces of plywood trimmed to make it more manageable. Waited. My son went to ask for assistance. Waited. I went to ask for assistance. Waited. We left. Dismal customer service. 25 minutes we waited. Can’t say I was impatient. Fortunately, Home Depot will get our business tomorrow. Enough time lost today.

Very poor customer service, I was hung up on multiple times after waiting for several minutes to check the status of an order. Not the first time this store in particular has failed to be transparent or provide any kind of helpful information.
