Thank you to Terrence and everyone at Greenery Designs for the gorgeous flowers you delivered. The flowers were ordered by my in-laws for our 35th wedding anniversary and we know you had to go above and beyond to make sure they were delivered to us at the Tiny House at Tuxbury Pond. They are absolutely stunning, still as fresh as the day they arrived. As a florist myself, I know how difficult making deliveries to unusual locations can be and my husband and I wanted to thank you for your kindness.

I went to Greenery Design to order funeral flowers & a woman there wrote down everything I told her. I was extremely pleased with the look of the flowers. One was heart shape flowers, all white, from a great grandson. The card said from your great grandson but the tail from the ribbon had grandson written in black on it, which I didn't ask for plus it should of said great grandson like the card. Before the wake started I had to cut that tail off. The 2nd flower arrangement was also all white & beautiful but the card didn't even have my name right but when ordered it they had the right name. My name is Roxanne, they had Rosanne on card & they had Kassie's name as Cassie & I also gave them the correct spelling which I seen her write down. I was extremely disappointed because the woman had all the correct info written down before but at the funeral home it was all wrong. I did these flowers for the passing of my husband's father so it was extremely important. I actually took pictures of the mistakes.

I popped in for a small sympathy arrangement. Maddie helped me with my order. She was extremely helpful, polite, and she gave me all the details I needed.

Lost my daughter's bridal order;situation could have been averted had individual at the shop acted with care and professionalism. When flowers had not arrived an hour after they were supposed to have arrived and 90 minutes prior to ceremony starting we were told they were on their way (15 min driving distance) when shop called back at 1:10 (20 mins prior to ceremony start) we were informed they had been picked up then after I insisted they were not proceeded to tell me they had no such order ud83dude33 no apology no ownership no professionalism no flowers! No phone call by owner after 5 days with any kind of apology or offer of restitution for the most important event in my daughter’s lifetime

Best flower shop around. I purchased some spring flowers for my wife's birthday. They lasted several weeks and filled the house with an awesome scent. If you haven't entered the story you are missing out.
