The BEST customer service ever!! The friendliest and most caring team! Id trust them with all my jewelry/watches/and even bags! Had them shorten my Michelle watch AND the chain on my Gucci bag for the perfect size custom to me! Highly recommend for all your jewelry needs :)

What an awesome experience it was to have gone to J Vincent! Joe and his team were beyond anything I could have expected! The kindness shown to my boyfriend and I was outstanding, the store was immaculate, & the jewelry was absolutely gorgeous! I have never seen a jeweler get this amount of raving reviews but after experiencing it for myself I completely understand why after 500+ reviews he has 5 stars! Again I can’t thank Joe, Frank, and Justine enough for all of their help! Anyone looking for an amazing jeweler who is beyond knowledgeable and professional needs to go to J Vincent!

The best in the business!! After dating for almost 9 years my boyfriend finally proposed with the most BEAUTIFUL ring that was exactly what I always wanted. After the proposal he told me how accommodating both Joe and Eric were and how easy they made the entire process for him. I truly could not be happier! Joe and Eric are always a pleasure to work with. They are both very accommodating, knowledgeable and professional in the work that they do. They not only provided me with wonderful options, but explained everything to me in great details, and I never feel pressured throughout the process. On top of this, they have such a beautiful selection of pieces in their store. You will not be disappointed paying them a visit!

Joe and Justine were extremely helpful in my process of selecting an engagement ring for my fiancé. From the first time talking with Joe he treated me like family and was not pushy in any way. Joe had a large selection and was more than willing to review any and everything that I wanted to see. He was very knowledgeable, open, and insightful throughout the entire process. Joe also provided suggestions and recommendations that I didn't consider and other jewelers didn't disclose. I would highly recommend using J.
