it is a wonderful place, amazing decoration, great staff and well mannered and wonderful service. The owner is one of the nicest people i ever met, he went above and beyond what i expected. Definitely recommended to everyone that is looking for a venue

Third Time's a Charm.. We finally celebrated my daughters Sweet16 (7 months late) this past Friday, Mach 19. Frank and his entire staff went above and beyond to help us navigate this crazy time and pull off an amazing night for all who attended. During this uncertain time Ruby Falls worked with us to replan our event and have a wonderful evening. I never felt as if Frank did not have our best interest at heart. The staff, house DJ and food was impeccable. My daughter had the night she dreamed of and everyone felt safe. I can 100 percent tell you with certainty they won't disappoint you. I will definitely celebrate there again.

My husband threw me a 30th Birthday/Halloween Party over the weekend and it could not have gone any smoother. Frank and Christina were more than accommodating in helping us to plan our 60 person party ,which safely took place outdoors. The outdoor area was spacious, heated, and decorated so beautifully. We had an absolute blast and so did our guests. The food and open bar were excellent and the staff was attentive. Thank you for a memorable evening! We'll be back!
