I really like there comfortable seats, very respectable workers and have great food to pay.

plenty of parking, very nice lobby with a snack counter. Love the bar adjacent to snack counter. They ID all patrons, which is a good thing. The movie theater has great lounge recliner seats with trays that you swivel from the side. Clean and spacious theaters.

Best Theatre on Staten Island. Actually the Best in New York. The Staff is Very Nice and Very Professional. They really help the Guests with issues really smoothly and Provide Excellence. The Food is Delicious, They have a Cafe with Liquor. They also have the Sports Networks in the Cafe. The Auditoriums are Perfect. Recliners, trays on the Recliners. This place is Awesome. I go here once a week and I never want to go to another Theatre Ever again. Angela, The Manager, Really provides Great Guest Service. She helped me when I had a question or issue. She Always Smiles and I Always see the Staff follow her lead. Great Leadership. I Highly Recommend People Coming to Regal Bricktown 10. No Better Experience anywhere else.

I have to say that I'm not a big fan of the bar setup because they serve food and don't want children seated close to it. I will say however that the staff and management are extremely friendly and helpful. My son has autism and although he normally loves going to the movies, if he is not feeling well or agitated he may want to leave suddenly. I had this happen twice and in both instances a manager offered a refund or pass and were very understanding.nI hope to take my son there again after the current health crisis passes.nOne minor complaint is that the giant escalators really need to be kept in service although I believe there is an elevator.

Nice new movie theater located in a huge strip mall area with lots of chain restaurant around. The seats in this theater all recline back, sound is nice. Keep in mind that the 1st 4 or 5 rows are not theater style seating. The movie theater is modern and has a bar area inside to enjoy before your movie begins.
