Staff was very helpful, friendly and suggestive but not pushy. Looked up a bunch of stuff in catalog for comparison for us. Great help got a nice gift very reasonable

The Manager was polite and professional. He was kind and had great customer service skills. I wasn't happy with the young saleswoman who helped me but overall a good experience.
