Very nice customer service. They were patient and willing to help me choose the right ring. I was able to get myself and my husband something reasonably priced. An both of us came out happy with what we bought. Will be going again soon.

Absolutely impressed with this business, after being referred to them for the repair of my pearl necklace. Their great customer service and professional manner with regards to completing the repair of my necklace was impressive. Also the cost to repair was very affordable.nThank you and I will be using your business again in the future.

STAY AWAYYYYY!!! Worst people around. I Stopped at the store yesterday to get a screw tighten on my Cartier glasses. The gentlemen who attempted to tighten the screw did not have the right tools for the job and didn't bother to tell me that information. He use pliers instead and scratched the lens on the glasses. After I confront him about the damage he replies basically saying he didn't do it and he can't help me. Cops got called basically the only option I have is to get it fixed and try to take them to court to try to get the money back. I advise everyone to save them selves from a headache not even bring any of your belongings to them. Worst experience hands down! ( Number one you never said you couldn't repair my glasses that's a complete lie. Number two I would never in my life force your to work on something of mine that cost over 1200 if you made it aware to me that you didn't know what you were doing so that's a lie. Number three you never in your life call the cops on me I instead told the mall security to call the police because you didn't want to take responsibility to what you had done to my glasses. Number four of course I'm not leaving my 1200 glasses with you to try to fix it again after the damage you already caused .Please I would I appreciate you be honest on here and don't lie to anyone.)

Best place to get custom made stuff! Helping staff wonderful Customer service and experienced in the Diamond industry. Great pricing and customer care. I’d give 10 stars if i could. They go out of the way to get you best and keep it in budget! Thanks to everyone from this awesome store. You guys rock!
