I don't know where to begin. My experience with Ned has been exceptional. He knew exactly what I wanted with just a few words into our conversation. His work speaks for itself! He was incredibly detailed in every aspect of my engagement ring. He thought of personal details that he could incorporate into the ring that I would never have thought of. I absolutely love my ring; Ned delivered beyond my and my fiancé’s expectations. He gave me the elegance and wow factor I was looking for without being over powering on my small hand. He’s detailed, trustworthy, and a perfectionist and it showed 100x's over. We are beyond happy and cannot wait until we receive our bands. All I can say is Ned is the man! He was great to deal with right from the first meeting with him as he was just as excited as I was talking about the planned proposal. He makes custom bands and sets so as we were speaking and going over everything he asked to see pictures of my g/f. Her hands, her style and asked questions about things that were meaningful between the two of us in order to incorporate that all into the ring. He made sketches of his plans and really went over every detail of the band and setting as he was sitting with me. He really took interest and made it a point to know us and get a feel for what he wanted to work up. The end product was not only absolutely beautiful, but he did better on every typical facet of the stone. Got a stone that was higher than the karat, color and clarity that we spoke about. You can not go wrong here and I highly recommend.nnThanks Ned!

He went out of his way to design a custom ring for us, by showing us every step in it’s creation ensuring our satisfaction. Since that time, his welcoming demeanor and attention to detail has remained consistent, no matter how big or small our purchases were. It’s so easy now. There is no need to shop around. I met Ned after seeing his outstanding reviews and was not disappointed. I like to have jewelry that is different from the stuff you would find in catalogs. My first purchase from Ned was a ring that was a custom design in which I have dreamt about for a long time. I had a picture in my mind that he made reality. He touched base with me at every phase of it’s creation. Ned looked hi and low for the exact shade of pink that I wanted my diamond to be. His recommendations to make it extra special were perfect.
