We bought both my engagement ring and wedding band at John’s. We go back every year for a free cleaning and inspection. Not one of the many diamonds have ever been loose or fallen out. The large diamond on my engagement ring is very high profile so I end up banging It sometimes.. but it’s solid. They are genuinely nice, honest people to deal with. Going this weekend for my ring inspection...and to browse....ud83dude09

My husband purchased a ring for me 3 years ago that had micro diamonds in the band. Within that 3 year period there has been MULTIPLE (about 10) times I have had to go back and get one of those diamonds replaced because they fell out. Granted the prongs are a lot smaller, but the amount of times this has happened was excessive. However, here lies the issue. I went and asked if my halo setting can be switched to my solitaire band to avoid any further diamonds falling out and of course it was a no. They could however have my prongs made thicker FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE. But wouldn’t be able to provide any type of warrantee after doing so. My problem with that is they told my husband we could always just come back and get it replaced if a small diamond fell out. Nothing about a certain time frame that it would last. Also, how could you change something to a ring and not provide any type of warrantee after? The reason I am giving a bad review is because today both nick and his brother spoke to me in such a condescending way I was in shock. Beyond rude. I’m disgusted. I recommended this place to so many people and I regret it. I Took my ring back as is because I would rather pay way more money/get a warrantee and deal with people who treat customers with respect than deal with those two. The entire experience was unbelievable.
