Such unbelievable customer service. Jasmine and her sister, Hermina helped me and my partner out today. We were looking for something that reminded us of our daughter who recently passed. When explaining what we were looking for, Hermina brought us out such a beautiful angel wing necklace. We were blown away. Jasmine even customized it to my liking, as I found the loop that was connected to piece to be too large. They customized the loop attachment on the spot and provided excellent guidance when choosing which chain was best. I ultimately chose a cable chain because Jasmine suggested that my hair wouldn’t get caught and it wouldn’t get tangled easily. These women were far from pushy, and knew EXACTLY what we wanted when we arrived. Upon leaving, Jasmine even offered to clean the diamond ring I was wearing. Like I said, we were blown away. We work in customer service and were so thrilled to have received such top notch service. We truly appreciate it ladies. I will forever have a sentimental piece to remind me of my daughter everyday. Thank you again.

This place is absolutely amazing! Their customer service is top notch. Extremely friendly staff that is willing to take the time to explain the products to you. I have used them several times and have had nothing but great experiences. The quality and prices of their products are awesome!

Thank you Sal, Jasmine, Hermina, George!!! I picked up my newly designed engagement ring and wedding band and was completely blown away! Their motto is they treat you like family it's more than their motto it's what they actually do. We bought our engagement ring from them and a couple years later one of the prongs loosened up which was no fault of theirs when we brought it back for repair with no questions asked they repaired it immediately and refused to take a penny from it they actually treat me better than my family does they are the only place we buy our jewelry from
