I have made 40 loaves of sourdough in the last 2 months since taking this class. I am hooked. Jordan is a fantastic teacher and human. He made an intimidating process very simple and easy to understand. It was the perfect date with my wife; we both had a great time and left with a very valuable skill...just ask our neighbors :)
Jordan has an amazing way of sharing his infectious knowledge, passion and expertise in the sourdough bread making process. It was fun to learn the whys, do every step from start to finish, take home sourdough starter, bake my own bread and continue to indulge in the amazing world of sourdough. I'd recommend this class to anyone and everyone - you won't be disappointed!!
This was a fantastic experience learning to bake my own sourdough. Left with a starter and a detailed Infographic explaining how to bake. When I baked at home the bread turned out fantastic!
