I have been ordering jewelry from Totaram for almost 7 years now. Everyone at the store is very professional and work very well with customers needs. Very pleasant to talk to. They bang on their schedule and you will not be disappointed with their services. I love their lay away plans, which gives you time to purchase what you want and pay in installments. I love talking to the staff from Totaram, they really make you feel at home. Raj and team , kudos to you all !!!!

Very Poor customer service!nHad a been long standing customer with this store and have made quite a few purchases. Called the store to check on the trade-in for a diamond men’s ring purchased from their own store. We were told that they offer 75% for the gold and 90% for the diamond. While we understand why they cannot match 100% trade-in value for 18K gold, the expectation was different on how the trade-in for diamond stones in the ring has to be handled considering the fact that the ring was purchased from their own store and the certificate was provided by the store. So called the store again today to check this and spoke to Raj. The response we got was “ I have already explained this and we cannot keep repeating”! As a customer we do have the rights to understand why the product which is sold by your own store is valued less. The response was not at all courteous! Overall very poor customer service though being repeat customer. Do not recommend this store, there are several other stores where customers are not let down and are treated professionally.nnUpdated on 12/24/2020nnFirst of all please get your facts right. I have called you only once and the reason for my call was because of the lower trade-in value you offered when my husband called the previous day. I DO have the receipt and I gave you the order number. Based on this you were able to figure out that it was EIGHT year old purchase.

I ordered a 22k gold ring for my partner, I was initially a little nervous to order a valuable item on the internet, but I’m so glad I ordered from Totaram! The ring came in about a month, it was custom made, and fit PERFECTLY. The design was even better than the picture on the website and I even got it tested at a local jeweler and they confirmed that it was 22k gold. In addition, the customer service was amazing. I will 100% order from Totaram again!

Purchased two pair of earrings. They are amazing and gorgeous. Great quality and experience. Love the pay-as-you go feature they have. Will purchase more earrings again very soon!
