My dog had an emergency a few years ago & needed surgery STAT. The vet already had a commitment but went out of her way to find someone to do the procedure & it saved his life. They were so professional, caring & thorough!nThey are always so friendly & good with both of my dogs. I highly recommend!!
These employees are so very kind and passionate. I thought they were going to have a bad attitude to me because I had never taken my 18 year old cat to the vet, but when she got very sick and I called them they were wonderful. Sadly, she had to be put down due to advanced cancer, but they were kind and compassionate to me by telling me that Tabby had 18 good years with us. They even sent her paw print to us in the mail. I would highly recommend MVAH.

We've been bringing our pets to MVAH for over a decade. The staff has always been caring, reliable, and professional. They treat our pets as if they were their own. They also understand the bond between a human and a pet. Their guidance is compassionate and honest to ensure all options and reasoning are discussed.
We had an emergency situation with our pupper. Called MVAH and they said they would actually send someone to our home if they weren't understaffed and overwhelmed because of Covid-19 and the ensuing holiday weekend. They were totally swamped through the weekend. Animal control extricated our pup from her situation. Called MVAH back. We had no idea what would need to be done to take care of said pup. They said to bring her in immediately. They would assess her and determine if they could take care of her, or if she would have to go to an emergency clinic. Fortunately, they were able to get the job done in a very professional and compassionate fashion. We truly appreciate the doctors and staff at MVAH!
