At the Newburyport Vet clinic you get people who love your animals and understand it is about taking care of your animal and not breaking the bank. They’ve always made time for me even last minute, taken the best care of my sick animals. I can’t rave enough at their care, how they are better than any vet or animal hospital I’ve been too. They are both good with animals and people, giving empathy when needed and going above and beyond for the care of your animals!
Very friendly and attentive staff. Took the time to answer questions and explain what was going on. Seemed very compassionate and sincere. One of the best vet experiences I've had. Organized and professional, personalized care.
I have used nbpt veterinary clinic for the past 3 years with my current dog and had used them in the past with another. I've always loved there professionalism and friendliness. Even during these times they are so courteous whether it's an appointment or just a question regarding my dogs health and well being. I live over an hour away now but haven't wanted to change vets because they are always there for me. They entire staff is so friendly, on top of getting email reminders for routine visits and now that I have the app they use it has made caring for my fur baby even easier.
Amazing place! Dr Pope is incredible. They are what you would hope a vets office would be. I wish i switched to them years ago. I can't say enough good thing ls about them. Highly recommend them. Next time your animal friend is not feeling well at least just give them a call and see what they say before you go somewhere else. I really wish I did this beforennUpdated: I am incredibly happy I switched to this veterinarian clinic. Dr. Pope is amazing and so is every staff member I've interacted with. They communicate extremely well, never get frustrated with my million questions, are good with your time and my canine friend loves them. So, lucky to have been referred to this clinic! It was hard to find a vet that treats rabbits and, difficult to schedule an appointment as a new client during covid. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and, reassuring. I will definitely be back!
