I had a ring I needed reset I wanted a place that was hands on and offered a personal touch. I asked around and Robyn was highly recommended to me. Well after speaking to her and dealing with her first hand she was so unprofessional to say the least. I will not be returning to Orion Jewelry Studio, nor will I be recommending it to anyone.
Robin reduced the size of my patterned wedding ring. She did such a great job that the pattern matches perfectly on the resized ring and I can’t even tell where the repair was done. She is an artist.
Wonderful staff and owners. Upscale, one of a kind jeweler.

Totally disappointed. Here are the facts. At considerable expense I had a previously owned diamond recut and reset, purchased 3 new stones and had them set into a ring that Robyn designed for me. I chose this store because although pricey, it was trustworthy and I thought customer-oriented. I’m more than satisfied with the product - the ring is gorgeous, and the experience was pleasant. Unfortunately it ended on a bad note. I contacted Robyn shortly after completion and requested the ring be resized. She informed me that resizing would cost an additional $150. I feel that after spending upwards of $14,000, the store could have offered me this very basic service free of charge. When I suggested this to Robyn she refused and became defensive and unfriendly. The customer service was lacking to say the least. I will not be returning to Orion Jewelry Studio, nor will I be recommending it to friends and family.
