Needed a special gift and Leo Fasseas delivered!! They immediately showed me several items in my price point - and then made suggestions to what would make it perfect for what I was looking for - and they will have it for me in less than a week! They have such s wonderful range of jewelry for any occasion and price point - and they are so lovely to work with. Thank you for making it so easy!!
The owner immediately turned me off when he rudely confronted me for just trying to understand what he was explaining! He tried to convince me that my white gold necklace was suppose to turn yellow. When we explained that none of my other pieces had done that he got very defensive. We went to the Jewlery place next store since he was not very polite. When we asked the other Jewlery place they looked at the necklace and immediately explained that this wasn’t suppose to happen. The owner apparently lied when selling us the necklace not disclosing the fact that he had dipped the piece in white gold so now every year we must pay an extra $50 to have my already expensive necklace dipped. DONT GO HERE

In May, I had the most wonderful proposal by my now fiancé in Paris. After my fairytale proposal became reality, I realized I was disappointed when I didn't love my engagement ring. I went back to the original jeweler and was forced to purchase a completely new band spending several thousands more. After nearly 6 weeks of waiting, I was mortified when it came in and I STILL did not love my ring. I had visited several jewelers nearby and had lost all hope that I could love my ring without having to buy yet a THIRD band. I walked in by chance to Leo Fasseas and explained my issue. Leo gave me a glimpse of hope that he would be able to help me. Not only was Leo an absolute pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating, he also understood exactly what I wanted. He went above and beyond to take my existing ring and turn it into something I love and am so incredibly proud to show off. The entire process was easy, quick, and enjoyable. I am beyond excited to say that I now love my ring as much as I love my fiancé. Thank you, Leo! Without any doubt, I will be back soon for my wedding band. For those reading this looking for an extremely skilled jeweler that cares about delivering the best to his customers, I would HIGHLY recommend Leo.
