I order two thin Singapore twisted rope link chains.... they sent me the wrong size I repeatedly called them spoke too someone who said go on the site and press for refund and I did that was on the fourth of January when I received them and still haven’t gotten a response or call back from anyone either send me the right size chains or send me a refund I’ll won’t ever do business with you guys again.... terrible communication...... you sent me size 14inch chains I want 18 inch chains

I do not recommend this company. I ordered a bracelet and ring from them. When i received my order i got a ring that didnt look like the one i ordered but it was ok looking. It was however the wrong size. And instead of the bracelet i got a necklace. I contacted them and they asked for photos which i then sent to them. All i got in reply was to send the items back for a refund. They should have did something better. It was their fault and they did nothing to rectify the situation. The worst customer service. Side note i ordered from palmo jewelry in California and they didnt have one of my items and still sent me something similar for free which they didnt have to do. I recommend ordering from them.

I am very very very disappointed on this bling jewelry I paid for items to be shipped one day and I have not received anything. So I highly recommend that no one shop at this place again no phone call no feedback no email feedback no nothing but took my money and I have not received anything I will be finding the way to shut this down as soon as possible
