Rivers Edge Apartments

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. The internet was a complete bust the entire year, with it rarely working in the bedrooms and the main apartment. Beyond that, when it was time to get security deposits back, they were delayed and we were over charged for normal apartment wear. Between the 5 of us, we were charged around $1500 for repairs, including replacement of floors and over $400 in cleaning fees, which we had scrubbed that place clean. If you are considering living here, I would recommend going for a cottage, or splurging for a lodge :)

I try to load a regular web browser and it will barely load most of the time. I try to complain to the lanlord about the problems I'm having with the internet provider and it seems to me that he is ignoring me. I definitely will be finding a different apartment once I can move out.

Dana the landlord needs to stop being so cheap and upgrade the internet. Unbelievable how slow this internet is. Ruins my ability to get homework done some nights. On top of this, he won’t even respond to requests to change the internet. 100% moving out of here. Don’t recommend this place unless you plan on living under a rock.
