My family prefers to come to this location when it's time to upgrade, and have been coming here for years. All the reps are knowledgeable and professional. John F helped my wife decide on a new phone by listening carefully about her issues with her current phone, and then discussing possible solutions in an unbiased, honest way. Once we reached a decision, he and Jon quickly and efficiently activated the new phones, applied the screen protection, and swapped our stored data from the old ones over. They made sure we were comfortable with the new set ups before we left. Great experience!
The team they have in Lee is awesome. Best time I've had shopping for a phone, twice in one week(Don't ask....ud83dude06)! Anthony and John are knowledgeable and genuine. Verizon Lee is the ONLY store to shop!!!!

Anthony was great to work with to get me into a new phone similar to my small old one and resurrect the backup from my mostly dead phone. He was extremely patient.
