My initial consult with Dr. Jan Slezak was very positive. He gave me more than enough time to answer my questions plus considering the nature of what I needed for a procedure, he lost count after 28,000 similar procedures so this wasn't his first rodeo!

I have bu situs in both hips. So every 6 months or so, I need to get shots in each hip. Dr. Slazak is a wonderful doctor! He really cares about his patients and is very thorough. I would recommend him to all my friends.nnPam Walker

ISM tried several combinations of medicine until the best dosage was achieved. I get 80% of pain relief allowing me to continue doing my daily routine and exercise. The staff is professional, polite and help to educate me. Highly recommend!

I am pleased with the service of ISM. The providers I have had are great on the most part... just like anywhere there are always the exception. My main provider EMILY is wonderful, as many pain patients know we often get lots of looks of doubt, and that it’s all in our head, but I don’t feel any of that with Emily. ISM is a place that I am happy to recommend to anyone with pain and especially those suffering from “ Invisible illnesses“.

Can't say enough bad things. Dr jan s didn't even look at the mri results i brought him from only a couple days prior. Then tells me he recommends a nerve burning procedure to get rid of my tremendous pain. So don't worry about eating healthy or taken the right herbs to get better. Just destroy your nerves. When did Doctors start destroying nerves and think they are helping people. By the way I had this done by the same guy 2 years ago and it made my back even worse one side at a time.i told him but he had no idea it was like seeing me for the first time. He still only recommended that. Funny it dont help my pain at all but he gets paid very good when he lines all those people up when he does it. Any doctor who tells me I need to do something without even looking at my mri results i put in his hand. Is no doctor at all. Just a salesman who pushes what makes him money.
