Great Doctor, but can never get in for help when I have a health issue. The front office always tells me to go to an urgent care or emergency room. It's run very cold they simply don't care and couldn't be bothered with your problems.nnThe last 4 times I've been told to go somewhere else. My wife sees another Doctor in the same office and they're exactly the same. We're both getting new PCPs now. Not sure what the point of having a PCP is if they're not going to see you.Very disappointing.nnIf you're healthy and never need anything more than just a Doctor for a once a year physical and nothing else this is the place for you.

She has been my family PCP for almost 12 years and we wouldn’t have anyone else. She takes the time to listen and provide everything you need. (Staff on the other hand lately hasn’t been the best at communicating needs in a timely fashion but this just started the past couple months)
