Wife's hours cut due to home schooling she was approved for benefits. Got 1 check the last 3 weeks they have on web site pay witheld called the hotline many times no one can explain why. They just read you what it says on the web site . Horrible

Whoever was answering phones at this location on October 8, 2020 @ 4:25pm: You could have taken the 5 minutes to help me with what I needed, but decided to transfer me to the main line where I was on hold for 10 minutes until the line cut out. While I was calling at the last minute, you're still open. You knew what I needed and could have fixed my issue fairly quickly, but decided to essentially tell me to go f*ck myself (Excuse my French). Terrible customer service. Whoever knows this woman, PLEASE relay this message from me telling her to maybe find another job if you don't want to help people.

Been out of work cause of covid due to my medical issues and I am currently sick. I never got paid for the weeks I wasn't working and got declined for the 300 add-on. I was talked to very rudely on the phone and was told to get a doctor's note and that papers would be sent to my house to send it. Now I call cause I never received said papers and my doctor wants to see them so she can properly write it out. They tell me I can get it online and all the sudden my account doesn't work. I call again to fix the issue and get hung up on randomly, they never called back...
