It was so nice of this place to host the nhiaa swimming and Diving championships for the state. It was well-organized the video that they showed was great. Everyone I met was very friendly. I don't go there on an everyday basis due to the distance. However if you're looking for a nice place to work out and you're in the area I would definitely check this out.

Do not join! All the reviews are 100% true about memberships. This company does not work with people and the staff has zero customer service skills.nnI joined on 1/3/20 because I was assigned a project in the area for my workplace. I am not a NH local! I am an essential employee. Contract states I can cancel after my membership anniversary which is 1/3/21.nnWorkout Club is not letting me cancel after the year because they said I signed up for 12 payments not 12 months. Because they were closed for the pandemic for 2 months, I now have to pay 2 more payments! The contract says nothing about extending my canceling abilities past the anniversary date if the facility is forced to close. They are making up their own rules regarding contracts instead of working with the people during a pandemic.nnDylan Cremeans who is clearly a family member to the management there, should be ashamed of how he treats people on the phone.

Why are we paying full price when the sauna and steam rooms have been closed for almost 2 years? Stop blaming COVID. This isn’t a safety issue. You can allow one person in at a time. We pay full price for these amenities and you continue to blame it on “safety” and “government”. You’re losing members weekly and will continue to until you stop with the virtue signaling.

Buyer beware. Their membership is almost impossible cancel and they will charge you an arm and a leg in all types of fees when you do. After paying them for a year during COVID trying to keep their business afloat without using when they were even closed, when we tried to cancel our membership, they threw in all sorts of roadblocks, cancellation fees, final bills. All they care about is your money--no loyalty, professionalism, or courtesy.
