Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and competitive.... everything you want in TV purchase, installation and service. Jennifer in the office is absolutely terrific in communication and her customer service is top notch. Chuck the owner and Mike are an amazing team. Very respectful and knowledgeable when they come for the install. Highly recommend them. Used them a few years ago - never forgot - used them again for 2 installs with a one coming up again in the near future... Would never go anywhere else!

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from CTC Envision. The fees were more than reasonable (and much less than other quotes we received). And the two installers were so friendly, fast and efficient. They were also so kind and interactive with my 3 year old who loved watching them work. Excellent service in every way..thank you again!!

I highly recommend CTC Envision. My tech, Mike, was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and nice. He showed me exactly what he was doing, asked my opinion and made recommendations. I had 2 TV’s that needed to be mounted and both were done in a reasonable amount of time. The whole process from my first contact with Jennifer, who was so nice, to the final bill which was lower than anticipated, was seamless. So glad I found this company and highly recommend them. Outstanding company to work with. You will not be disappointed.
