These people are the best.... very good at getting to the root of the problem! I've been in several times for help on a new computer that wasn't even bought there. They have spent hours working with me without charging me anything. Always courteous, and determined to solve the issue.
Good experience. Staff was patient in explaining new systems. Listened to our needs and did not try to pressure us into more expensive device or added accessories. Hoping that the product we purchased will prove to be as good as the store service.
Permanently closed. Storefront empty.
Very helpful staff. They went out of the way when my surface went dead after an update and even when it was out of warranty. Great people here...
