Great staff, very informative and just an all around great store.
Tom from The Rockingham Plaza store in Salem, NH is one of the best customer service employees I've ever come across. Things were hectic and tense in there today during the holiday rush, but he still met every customer with kindness, dedication, and patience. Some customers were beginning to get irate over the card system being down and got nasty, and he still maintained a friendly attitude and stayed focused. Employees like him are ones that make you want to return for business just because you know that you will find someone working who truly loves their job and cares about their customers.
Josh was alot of help.
I walked in, was not greeted by the two employees, and proceeded to walk the store as I listened to the employees trash talk other local GameStop businesses. They’re not interested in building a customer service oriented business
