Samantha, the rep that helped me at the store, was PHENOMENAL! She was very professional, efficient, and so nice about everything. If it weren't for Samantha, I probably wouldn't have been able to get my new iphone and service with T-Mobile on my birthday. She deserves a raise or a bonus or something nice! I usually don't write reviews because of my busy schedule, but she exceed my expectations so much it's only right to write a review for Samantha.
