Not sure what happened with the negative review from another person. Mr. Galvin would never refer someone to a divorce attorney, or instruct them to contact them. He may have given a name, upon request from the client, but contacting and working with an attorney is the client's or couple's OWN CHOICE, so not sure why Rich was blamed for that not going well. And, now will give my honest opinion: Rich is a very objective, calming, realistic, and helpful counselor. I have been an off and on client of his for years. He is wonderful to work with both in individual and couple's counseling. I have referred several friends and family members to him, over the years, who all have had positive experiences with him.
