I have had a issue with both feet for many years. This practice was recommended. I called and asked if they were a in network provider covered by my insurance and was assured that yes they wewe. After many visits explaining my issues the doctor assured me that he could correct the problem. We did surgery and months later the issue was still not resolved. On top of that they did not even submit my visits for payment to my insurance for payment, and the office manager constantly blames others. When I asked if she was the person in charge of the office she proceeded to tell me how over worked and under paid she was. I have been trying to get them to correct this and have been ignored for 4 months. I am checking with my insurance company as how best recover my fees paid. and if needed I will try small claims court.nThe doctor seems like a nice guy, but then aren't all scam artists.

My son has been seeing Dr. Gorgol for a couple of years due to foot pain. At the first visit he fit him with custom orthotics and has seen him for follow up visits and new inserts due to growth.nnI also have chronic foor pain. I have seen other podiatrists in the past who have given me profit inserts. I am finally switching and seeing Dr. Gorgol myself. My son has had much better care than I have.

They tried to double dip my insurance. when Dr. realized he wasn’t getting anywhere he got very nasty about it. Collection Agency was after me for no reason. After investigating they told me he was trying to put in twice for my operation.

The doctor was very rude and unprofessional when talking to me about a sore on the bottom of my foot and a bunion on the other. Went to another podiatrist and was much happier. I do not recommend this doctor.

Needed to see a foot doctor two summers ago. Called them and asked them if they took my insurance they said yes. After my visit week later they called me and told me they don’t take my insurance. Now I’m left looking at $1000 bill. If they were honest with me and told me they did not take my insurance I never would’ve went there. Stay away
