The staff at both the Salem and Bedford office are amazing and so accommodating. I am one that honestly hates the dentist and since I was a kid would just avoid going to see them but when I met Dr. Sam and Dr. Ashley at the Salem office I felt very comfortable with them and their staff. They made sure that each visit was comfortable for me and stress-free. I have been going to both their offices now for almost 5 years and I would never want to go anywhere else and definitely recommend both offices to anyone that is looking for dental work and cleanings. They take most health insurances and also a program called care credit that allows you to charge the fee for the work that was done and allows you to pay it over a 12 month. With no interest, which is amazing especially if you need a lot of work done on your teeth and the insurance won’t cover it, and you don’t have the cash upfront to pay for it. My fear of the dentist still exists, the anxiety is still there every time I have to walk through the door, BUT as soon as I see the staff, sit in the chair and talk to them, all of that just goes away. Amazing dentists and wonderful assistance and also the front desk staff is so pleasant. Everyone there is just so wonderful and always smiling and in a great mood. Thank you for making my dentist visits pleasant every time and making my experience a good one.

I love this practice. Very respectful, knowledgeable, easy to work with. I hate Dentist and had not been for years. I did not get scolded and they were very gentle and kind. Next week a root canal. All of the pricing was upfront. I was going to put it off until next year (Just another week) but the receptionist pointed out that my plan still had money left for this year. If I could do it before the 31st I would have the full insurance allotment for next year incase the ither tooth they need to work out proves problematic.nnI could not be happier!

Great staff, always trying to make their patients feel comfortable. Before I was a patient of Dental Arts I had a really bad toothache and my past dentist wouldn’t help me. I called Dental Arts(Seabrook Dental at the time) and one of their Dental Hygienist actually drove to my house to bring me an antibiotic. Once my infection was gone they took care of my tooth and my whole family have been patients since.nThey have also taken great precautions at the office due to COVID.
