Piercing Pagoda

I got scammed by their sale and no one is willing to help me. I’m gonna have to wait 14 business days so someone can get a look on what is going on and try to help me. SCAM!!!

Had my ears pierced here by Brandy and Cat. Brandy explained everything clearly. Both were so friendly, and easy to work with. Brandy took the time in marking the correct spot for both my earlobes so both sides were even. I definitely recommend Piercing Pagoda in Newington. Excellent costumer service. I originally got my ear piercings from Claire’s and they got infected poorly. I couldn’t take them because they would tear my skin. When I went to pagoda, I got them professionally looked at. This nice man named Evan helped to explain how to twist them off. When it didn’t work, he also helped with teach my mom how to snip off the studs (my mom snipped them off). Really nice and patient service and know what’s best. I got new studs and they are great! My ears feel better and healthy.

My daughter who is 5 was ready to get her ears pierced. I brought her here and everything went well! Everyone who helped us and pierced her ears (two employees did it together at the same time) were friendly and helpful. The gentleman who was there was very sweet in comforting her and making her laugh. She's super excited and happy with her big girl decision. Their selection of earrings is also very good.

My 5 year old daughter got her ears pierced today. They were great at explaining everything and doing it quickly to minimize stress on her. She knew it would hurt but was sure she wanted to do it after months of asking and considering it. Of course she cried for a second but they cheered her up quickly and made sure we were all perfectly fine before letting us go. Very professional, clean, and great at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone for ear piercing and jewelry. Her ears look great and the jewelry is very cute!
