My salesperson Stacey was the best ever. She helped me know the value of my very precious diamond given to me by my husband who passed away unexpectedly and suggested how to secure it so it could fall out. I felt confident in leaving it for repair. She was awesome!

My boyfriend bought me an anniversary band as a promise ring back in May. Due to it being beautifully simple and classy it is a pretty thin band. One morning over the summer I woke up and the ring had split in half on my finger, which is fine I understand it is delicate. However it took 4 weeks to get a new one back. The lady at the desk told me that she would special order it in my size multiple times and it should be shipped back in the store in about about 2 weeks, great! I was super excited to get my ring back on my finger! The 2 weeks pass and I go in to pickup the ring, when I get there they tell me it was not ordered in my correct size as I had been promised by multiple people and now they have to send it out again...another 2 weeks later it finally arrives.....but I don’t receive a call it is in, instead I have to call and ask if it was in and was then told it had been there for a couple days. Flash forward a couple months, I was at work and my hand got jammed between a crate and the wall and my poor ring received the brunt of the damage. A diamond had fallen out and the band was bent. I immediately went back in to get it fixed and stood in line for 15 minutes before having three woman squabbling, calling out questions and commands helped me. Once that confusing matter was over I was told that my ring would be fixed in not 2 weeks but instead 2 MONTHS! This is insane, my friend just got engaged and she had her ring resized in 3 days! I don’t understand why it takes 2 full months to get a new ring and resize it?! Plus, I just called a day after I was told it would be in and the ring is still not there.... I will never again buy a piece of jewelry from this place.

Very easy to do a return. Employee was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The in store experience is nice and I like how the staff will greet you, then let your browse without them hovering over you like some other places do but, when I have had to call to inquire about different things the customer service over the phone is not very welcoming. They always seemed rushed and like it was an inconvenience to answer the phone. All in all in store customer service is good phone customer service is lacking .
