Recently purchased a new home and Red Door Title answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We had issues with paperwork from the lender and Red Door stepped up in my opinion to resolve this issue quickly and we were still able to close on time. I think people like to blame the Title company not realizing that they are there to help you and often they are waiting on information from other parties and doing the best they can with situations they have no control of. I would recommend this company.

I am surprised to see the negative comments. My experience so far with Red Door out of Portsmouth NH has been an excellent customer experience with recent purchase of property out of state. No communication problems or delays in getting information or answers to questions. Worked with Kevin, who was pleasant, professional, and accommodating to satisfy my need for quick turnaround on the numbers. Close this Friday, so far no hiccups.

My Favorite Title company to work with, hands down! Jean Marie and the team in Concord are always available if I have a question and are always cheerful and helpful! I would recommend anyone to use their services when buying or refinancing a home.

I receintly closed on a purchase of a condominium in Hampton NH with Red Door Title. The process couldn't have gone smoother. Interactions leading up to the closing were professional and courteous, and the closing itself was relaxed and and smooth. COVID protocols were observed.
