Spent 40 minutes and the print and copy section dealing with their machines continuously rebooting and failing to work as designed. Requested assistance from two separate employees and received zero help over that 45 minutes. Though other customers who continue to walk in receive assistance. Eventually ran out patience and just walked out of the store quietly will try to go to another location to complete my transaction. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received anywhere I've ever shopped for anything.

The lady working in the printing services area was unprofessional, unfriendly and rude.nnShe enjoyed seeing me struggle with one of the scanners and didn't say anything until i asked for help when she then let me know that the machine was broke.nnHer tone was very rude and proceeded with the same attitude with 2 other gentelmen who came in after me.nnFor some reason, she was a lot nicer to few others. Wonder why id didn't get the same level of service.ud83eudd14nn@staples, goslin rd newington. Please ensure to hire real CSRs who truly care about customers and treat them all the same.

I went into staples looking for some carbon paper and I walked up to Tara from the copy center for help. Thinking that I’d receive the great service I have always received, Tara left me in shock and disgust with the service I received. Not only did she give me a horrible attitude like I was bothering her, she didn’t even bother helping me out. She told me “we never have carbon paper here” with a horrible attitude. After asking a different associate the same question, he was able to point me to the isle where I’d find the carbon paper. The bottom line is, if she wasn’t sure, she should of asked someone else or try looking for it in their system. Instead I left with my carbon paper and disgusted with her service. I will never go back to that staples and I will make sure to spread the word of the bad service I received. In a year like 2020, we are all looking for some positivity, and I can firmly say you will not find it at the copy center from Tara. I’m extremely disappointed.

This store has the nicest people working in it. I got the run around from the warranty company on an item I had previously purchased and from the store, so I decided to cut my loses and just buy a new chair myself. When I told the store manager what had happened, they gave me a store credit to use. That's just basic human consideration and empathy right there. They didn't have to do that at all, but I appreciate that she did. I'll go to this Staples over any other any day of the week.
