As a senior citizen, I had the very best experience with the folks at this store! Attilia sold me a new phone, which I really needed as my 5s is ancient! She was also able to reduce our monthly bill! I was never made to feel silly for not knowing what she was talking about and she took care of setting my new phone up with ease! I’ve been back twice with questions and everyone was eager to help and really pleasant! I am grateful for the brains of these young people who were able to assist me in an area that is quite foreign to me! My sincere thanks!
Annabella was amazing! She helped my mom and I upgrade my phone. She was very knowledgeable and I felt like I could communicate easily with her. She took the extra time to take a look at all of the phone that are on our plan to make sure everything was still running smoothly! This is definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had not just at a T-Mobile store but as a whole customer experience. Thanks again!

When asking about a new phone. Dont take the retail store managers say on not needing to pre order a phone. Apparently they were going to have plenty on launch. Come in on launch and nothing.
Avoid. They tried to upsell a friend of mine into a higher priced plan saying that the lower priced one did not include the unlimited music streaming. I went in and asked them and they told me same thing until I showed him online that is does not. He finally backed down saying ok the $50 plan it is then.
