The team at North East Foot and Ankle are welcoming, professional, supportive and down to earth. If you’re like me, and aren’t a big fan of doctors offices, you won’t have to worry here. I had a long road of treatment for my foot, but was constantly reassured and put to ease that things would improve. As my treatments continued over the course of 9 months, Dr. Baczewski never failed to celebrate the small victories with me while remaining realistic and honest. I would recommend this group to anyone seeking treatment for their foot or ankle needs!

My experience was so-so. Pros - They were quick and efficient, the place was very clean, everyone was really pleasant, and I was able to get the recommended tests (x-ray/ultrasound) right then and there. Cons - I felt like the doctor had a decision about what was wrong before meeting me, everything was so quick I felt like I didn’t have time to process and make an informed decision about the x-ray/ultrasound, I was given splints with no guidance on how or how long to wear them, and I was talked to about doing stretches but not given any info on the stretches I should do. So overall, I felt really really rushed.nI’m still willing to give them another shot, but am also actively looking for an alternative.

I could not recommend Jennifer Sartori highly enough + and her staff. I've seen her through the years for a number of things including surgery. I love her no-nonsense way of telling you how it is and recommend the best options. A true professional and a trusted medical professional who is always looking out for the best interest of her patient both medically and financially.

I'm not particularly fussy when it comes to medical treatment of any kind. If I'm dealing with a problem, my objective is to fix it and/or prevent it from happening in the future. I went to another foot specialist in the area, not once, but twice. If I received 5 minutes of his time in total, it's not an exaggeration. To add insult to injury, the problem persisted to the point of affecting my lifestyle. Enter Northeast Foot and Ankle. We got down to business, my injury was thoroughly examined, questions were asked by myself and Doctor Sartori (The technicians assisting were helpful and attentive), the problem was diagnosed, mitigated and now I'm back in the saddle. What more needs to be said?

I had a wonderful experience at Northeast Foot and Ankle! I had trouble with Plantar Fasciitis in both feet and with just a few quick visits with Dr. Baczewski and I am without pain. Everyone there has been kind and professional. I would certainly recommend them!
