My experience with Dr. Tan was the worst I have ever had with a health care provider. His insensitive, rude and condescending behavior toward a patient is unprofessional and unacceptable and the Veterans Administration is doing a terrible disservice to those who served by hiring medical “professionals “ with his uncaring and caustic attitude and demeanor.
