Where do I begin?! The staff are incredible in every way- friendly, knowledgeable, they go above and beyond to help you, make sure you're comfortable and explain each step of the process- I have never come across such an amazing team! I wholeheartedly recommend that if you are looking for a new dental office look no further!! I would give them 100 stars if it were possible! :)

Unfortunately, the tooth I had extracted at the dentist had become infected and was literally disintegrating in my mouth. This is a result of my own long term inability to afford proper dental care, and I realize this is entirely my fault. Dental insurance is too expensive for many to afford, and I was unfortunately in that category for a long time.nAll this is to explain that the experience I had was not the fault of the dental service. I really should give them a 4 and a half star rating, but the rating system does not allow for half stars! The dentist was polite and attentive and when I needed more Novocain, it was provided promptly and allowed to become fully active before the doctor resumed my care. My extraction took two hours and required three shots of Novocain, which is a great indicator of how bad the problem was, and how patient and skillful the dentist and his assistant were.nThe only problem I had was that the dental office was closed for lunch when I arrived and I could not get in. As I needed to use facilities, that was a problem which could have been prevented by indicating when the appointment was made that it would be closed until the time of my appointment, as it would be happening just after lunch. Instead, I was told to arrive fifteen minutes early, which I did, but I did not want to leave because I was afraid the appointment would go to someone else.

Very polite and respectful...for someone who is about to ruin your day. Seriously, they really do treat patients with great respect and are professionals.

Everyone was very nice. Told the Dr Kim I had a problem with my jaw. He supported my chin as he pulled my tooth. The jaw doesn't hurt the next day because of his action. Thank you very much.

The experience was very good. There was no waiting & I was in the Dentist Chair in 5 minutes. The Dental Assistant was very nice and very professional. The Doctor was also very good and was gentle as she could be. I get nervous at the Dentist but I was at ease very quickly. I’m going again in a few weeks and I won’t be as anxious next time. I would recommend Aspen to my friends.
