HORRIBLE! If possible I would give 0 stars. This hotel is the worst. Not only is the entire casino floor smokey, the elevators smell like weed. The staff are unhelpful and unaccommodating. First morning of stay, we were awoken at 8 am to an evacuation alarm. Second morning of stay we were awoken at 7am to jackhammers from construction in the room ABOVE us! When we complained to the front desk about the situation they told us to stop and that we should just deal with it. After complaining more, we were threatened to be kicked out of the hotel. We checked into a different hotel after lots of trouble and checked out 5 days early because of the horrible conditions. All aspects of this hotel and casino are terrible. Staying here ruined a large portion of my family's vacation.

Ordered a number of replacement parts for my Telecaster and Les Paul and was very pleased with the items when they arrived. The shipping was fast and the items were packaged well. They were also very quick in responding to some questions I had about my order. Will definitely be ordering more very soon! Keep up the good work STRATosphere!

Bought this Gibson Les Paul Standard from the Stratosphere and i, like most people, get a little sketchy when it comes to online purchases over $1000. I had purchased parts from them before and had always been pleased with the quality and condition of the items i had received. I'm a DIY musician, so i have loads of guitar parts in my studio, so i took the leap and purchased a Gibson Les Paul Standard. Purchased, got confirmation, arrived in 6 days from NH to Southern CA. Guitar was exactly as described. Mint condition. Beautiful. It was just that simple. I will NOT buy guitars online from ANYONE else. You may find one slightly cheaper, but i will pay a couple more bucks for peace of mind and the confidence in knowing that my purchase is legit. Oh, almost forgot. It was a holiday weekend and i had missed the cutoff for discount. The next day i spoke with customer service and they honored discount immediately. Here is a pic of the guitar below.
