Bob Gagnon is a crook. He took on a project and received a $6,000 deposit. He was slow to respond and brought in other resources (electrician) that was not licensed in the state. He did not call in the town inspector to verify the work was being done properly (shady) so was removed from the job without doing ANY painting. He verbally agreed that he was not owed any money, but now he doesn't have the money to return the deposit. He promised to make payments months ago, but he has gone dark, doesn't answer his phone, and has not refunded any of the $6,000 deposit. Other reputable businesses are breaking ties with this man and I recommend that you stay away from Bob Gagnon and his shady business as well.
Took money for services not rendered, then filed bankruptcy. This man should be ashamed of himself for stealing money from a senior citizen, female, veteran.
