I went to this store on Hanover street at the east side plaza. My experience there is that the worker, Sandy, went beyond and out of her way to make my Christmas very special. To make my sons Christmas.very special and she had a worker Matt that was special too I can’t thank this store enough, especially Sandy. She is the best, thank you rent-a-center!
Very rude staff and they will come to your door at 9:00am if you are late for one payment, even though it's their online payment that rejects your payment after accepting it. I would not recommend this store with the new management and staff. We have been long time customers and both over 10 items from them. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Unless you want to be harassed by their 20 calls a day be my guest. Recommend Arron's instead. I am with them now and they are amazing to work with.
Grest place to get all your home furnishings at and there very helpful and cautious
They are way over priced. My husband and I have been a customer and bought many products from them. Prior to this year the Management was amazing now not at all. I will never rent from them again and I don’t advise anyone else does.
This place is TERRIBLE!! Lack of communication. My bedroom set was damaged when it was delivered and took them 2 months to fix it. There store opens at 9am and they call me for payments at 9:05 like relax I’m going to pay it. Took them forever to replace my things. Maybe Vally St is better but this place sucks. Don’t waste your time
