I've had a remarkable experience with Vineyard Decorators. I have been coming to MV for over 30 years and never really spent much time furniture shopping. BUT, this past May I came a little earlier than normal from Boston to escape COVID and the city. I ended up buying a house! With that said, I needed to find furniture. Thank God for Paulina who has been incredible. She continues to help me. She figured me out in no time and my house is finally coming together with some great furniture. When Paulina was out I met Hana who also went above and beyond as well to help me with some bedding and deliveries. I don't even think it was even her job to do so - but her willingness to make sure she could help in every way was really appreciated. Hana is very articulate, polite and so helpful. I actually hung up the phone and commented how impressed I was with her.nA great crew at VD. The team is responsive and nice.
While the prices may seem high on some items, most are right on target. You are not getting cheap furniture, rather you are getting very high quality items that will last. If you shop during their sales you will find pretty good discounts on some higher end items, but really anytime you go you will find something you need! It’s just that kind of store, a little of everything and laid out in a way to help you see how things could be placed in your home.nnIn short, it’s a shopping destination on island and you can usually find what you are looking for. I have worked with them for furniture, blinds, reupholstering and Indoor/outdoor carpets. But even with a store as good as this there are some stand outs. Hana was a huge help when looking for some ottomans we needed. She was super helpful and like many on staff willing to help and spend time with you. From helping to pick decor based on photo ideas to making sure purchased items coordinated with items i already had, Hana was the go to person. Customer service matters and Hana provides it, bar none.
Ava was amazing and helped us choose furniture for our new vineyard home. My husband had a requirement that he be able to fall sleep in every piece of furniture. I wanted it to be stylish and modern. Ava delivered on both of our requirements. Every piece she picked is stylish, relaxing and comfortable. Fantastic experience.
Big thanks to Vineyard Decorators for a small but meaningful recent transaction, adding a fourth classic white rocker to our front porch. In COVID times, social distanced visits on the porch are cherished! I’ve always had good experiences at Vineyard Decorators, and they treat me like a VIP whether I’m spending a lot or a little. Special thanks to Hana, who took my call and made everything easy. She was professional and cheerful, with a customer service attitude I appreciated.
