I have been going to Dr. Dental for two years now because they are the closest dental office to my home. Their prices are the lowest of any dentists in the area. Their hours are fantastic. I don’t get the feeling that I’m being coerced into unnecessary dental work like I have felt with other dentists in the past.nnI am leaving this five-star review because I was asked to. I like the place enough so I obliged. I do have to say I really like my dentist Dr. Hala. She is very thorough and ensures that I understand my treatment plan and why it is necessary.nnThe office is just casual, and it’s an environment I feel very comfortable in.
My kids have been patients at Dr. Dental for over 8 years. The experience has always been great, until recently. We showed up for their 6 month cleaning appointment and it “mysteriously vanished”, even though I had the appointment card. They rescheduled the appointment for 6 days later. Ok stuff happens. Show up for the appointment in 6 days, check in, then wait for an hour?? After sitting for an hour I tell them we’re leaving and get told “sorry there was a miscommunication with another patient and I can reschedule you”?? Why wasn’t I told this when I got there?? The receptionist was really friendly and I don’t blame her but whoever is running this office needs to be fired. Moving on to a new dentist
Dr. Singh and her assistant Cindy are passionate about their work. My father is a retired dentist, one of the best out of his NYU class and I must say I am very impressed with the quality of work. Thanks again to all the staff of this dental office.
My Daughter went to Dr. Dental today for 3 fillings and they were all so so nice to her. She had an excellent experience. Phenomenol ud83dude42
I had a great experience at Dr. Dental. Dr.Halla is a great, professional dentist. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure you feel comfortable! Strongly recommend
