The setting is perfect- a well lit, spacious barn. The glassware is lovely, colorful and creative. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Some staff have created some of the most interesting pieces, like the large clear glass oar hanging on the wall on the second floor. So well done!

In addition to the remarkable pieces of glass heart available for purchase, Vineyard Glassworks offers the opportunity to watch the art being made up close and personal. The proprietor's entire family takes part, and it is as interesting as it is educational to watch. I recommend this for lovers of glass, and families is looking for a way to kill time on the island.
