I have been a long term customer with Davis & Towle since 1998. It started with the best quote I could find around for motorcycle insurance, and has grown to a multi vehicle, home, buisiness relationship over the years. The staff has always been more than helpful and finds the best rates and coverage for me. I go out of my way to recommend them whenever insurance comes up amongst friends, co-workers, family and customers. I've been a customer with Davis and Towle of Amherst for over 7 years or more it's been so long and I could be happier, hence I keep going back to them. The are always finding me the best rates and working with them has been a pleasure. You work with a person local and who's easily accessible. I don't have to call a 1-800 number and click through ten options before getting to speak to a person, which is so valuable as a customer. If your looking for car or home insurance I'd highly recommend them. Every person I've dealt with there is helpful and responsive.
