we've been enjoying breakfast at Peg's for many years, and it is always excellent! Service is even better, especially Cassidy! the most pleasant waitress!
Opens really early. Great food. Large portions. Friendly staff. Very clean. Plenty of coffee. Everyone wearing masks. I highly recommend this place!!
Very friendly staff and good food, from waffles to omelettes to lunch time specials. Will miss this place when it closes end of March.
Don't bother. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered raisin toast, all out. Fruit cup, all out. Blueberry muffin, all out. English muffin, you got it, all out. I ended up ordering what I thought were 'home fries', they were thick cut potato slices with no seasoning. Terrible.nMy nephew ordered one egg over easy, toast and ham. The egg was fine, but the toast was saturated with oleo. The ham was a slice of cheap ground up pork parts formed back into a circle. All totally uneatable. Prices were really high even IF the food would have been good. His meal plus my home fries, plus a cup of tea and glass of milk cost $30.00!nThe service was non-existent. I ended up going to the hostess station to pay the bill so we could leave.
This is a great local restaurant with good food and excellent prices. The wait staff work hard and are very customer service-oriented. This is a nice local place in an area where there are stores and areas to walk around. My husband and I always stop here for breakfast before heading out for the day's activities.
