The lack of consistency is concerning, I’ve had many PO. Box locations across the country but this place is a 3/10 at best.

USPS is a disaster and this post office is no better. They are not very proficient with passports. I came in the day before to schedule an appointment for the next day and I was rudely told to schedule an appointment online. They ended up screwing up the process and I had to come in later that day just to sign my signature. I live nearly 30 minutes away from Lincoln.
