They made our day! After driving around NH to find a place with good waterfalls, we decided to stop at this winery for tasting. James and another guy talked to us like friends, explained about the wines etc. My favorites were solstice 2021, strawberry 2020 and Rythm Apple Cider. We also had cheese, meat and crackers tray which was pretty good. James suggested us to check out Flume Gorge for waterfalls which was only 6 min away. That turned out to be an amazing place. Please check out this place. The people that work there are wonderful.

My wife and I got a tour of the winery and did some wine tasting, Nathan was our tour guide. Nathan was a very fun, down to earth, easy to talk to , very knowledgeable person about the winery. We didn't just stare at each other wondering when we were gonna get the next sample of wine, we had alot of down to earth conversations. I would absolutely recommend the tour of the winery and to have Nathan as your tour guide

My family and I had a great experience. Ross was amazing and he’s love for wine and educating everyone was amazing. I was my first winery I’ve ever been too and it was for my birthday. He was very nice and sweet. Answered every question that was asked and was very helpful.

Seven Birches Winery served as the gateway to my enjoyment of wine (specifically wine tastings!). The wine is wonderful, the mixes and wine descriptions are spot on, the atmosphere is amazing...but most importantly, the service and the people are the best out there!! Whether you're new to the world of wine or a seasoned veteran, they will make you feel comfortable and at home. All the staff I've interacted with have an amazing depth of knowledge with their wine and the winemaking process, and I always leave having learned something new! The thing that strikes me most about the unique wine tasting experience at Seven Birches is how they go out of their way to make it interactive and personalized. I highly recommend Seven Birches Winery - even if wine is not your forté, you will surely leave having made a new friend.

I had a great time visiting Seven Birches Winery with my friends and before heading back to Boston. We sat outside at 11am on a cool Sunday morning with us being the only table. We were greeted by Bryan who was so friendly and knowledgeable. He told us all about the wines and the area. My friends enjoyed their wine (especially the Rebel wine) and I LOVED my warm mulled apple wine. I would highly recommend visiting Seven Birches Winery when you are in the area for the great wine and service. We will be back next year!
