Very friendly and eager to help. My boyfriend had a great experience Christmas shopping and we just went to exchange something that did not fit. Exchange was easy and I even bought myself a new ring! Happy customer.

Went in yesterday after visiting a few other jewelry stores and having no luck, I really appreciated talking with someone who is knowledgeable and experienced! I didn’t get the young lady’s name but she was an absolute delight to work with. She made it easy and gave me honest feedback, it was like I took a friend shopping with me. Will definitely be my go to from now on!

Best selection and prices in town, but the real reason to visit Mon Amie is the staff.nIncredibly friendly and knowledgeable, they remember us every visit and made amazing suggestions even before having a wishlist feature.nI have, and will continue to, refer everyone I know to Mon Amie!

During this very trying time - COVID-19, Amie worked with us to get us our engagement ring and wedding bands quickly to acommodate our needs when other stores were closed. I had called Mon Amie to ask if they were open and a nice woman answered the phone stating that the owner, Amie, would be in the store to meet customers by appointment only. We scheduled a time to go in right away and Amie was wonderful! She explained that they keep everything clean, had hand sanitizer readily available and was so easy to work with. We had told her our budget and she kept it within that budget...no pressure sales. It was very refreshing! We found the perfect ring and band that day. They would get sent out to be sized and she had told us it would be about 2 weeks. My engagement ring was ready in one! Amie worked with my fiance to find the perfect band to suit his taste and went above and beyond all around. It was such a relaxing experience for what could have been so stressful. If you are shopping for fine jewelry, this is the place in Keene to go! No hassles, no pressure, no stress. There is also an awesome primitive shop above the jewelry store that is wonderful! We couldn't be happier with our items or the service. Just excellent!
